Salva Resources Geology Graduate Programme
Salva Resources is always looking for talented and motivated graduates to work in our global operations. At Salva, you will have the opportunity to work on-the-ground with a variety of experts.
Based on a 12 month programme, each candidate will be exposed to the following facets of geology within the mining industry:
- Exploration
- Database Administration
- Correlations and Modelling
- Operational Safety
- Project Management
- Consulting and Business Development
Salva Resources graduate programme has a 12 month completion time, with the option available for a six month extension. As a Salva graduate, you will have the opportunity to participate in on the job training and attend both internal and external training courses. A mentoring programme is also a mandatory part of Salva's graduate programme, to assist you in aspects of your role and to have additional support while you are new to the industry.
