- Bachelor of Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Cloud computing (preferably Microsoft Azure) and/or web programming
- Also architect with leadership skills or team manager or project manager – all previously exposed to Scrum and or Agile
- Ideal candidate is an experienced Certified Scrum Master
- Excellent English skills, especially verbally
- Experience working in and with international teams and companies
Exploration Geologist
Experience: 2 - 12 years
Location: Kolkata
- Full time positions available - immediate start
- Previous hard rock exploration experience required
- Tertiary qualifications in Geology or Geosciences
- Experience with MS Office software
- Knowledge of Resource Modeling, GIS software will be an added advantage
- Posses a valid passport
- Excellent technical knowledge
Business Development Manager
Experience: 5 - 10 years
Location: Kolkata
- Capable of developing financial models and cost projects of significant size and complexity
- Capable of developing and adhering to the business processes
- Understands Business Development in general and specifically the nature of the markets in which Salva India operates
- Superior presentation skills
- Superior writing and creative writing skills, including in English
- Excellent proposal writing and document presentation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and develop convincing business cases internally with Salva staff of all global locations
- Has significant experience and knowledge of the mining and / or geosciences industry
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including in English
- Be able to work in a multi-disciplined team environment
